The airbags in the backrest will inflate independently for a deeper twist. Adjustable Shoulder Massagers The shoulder massagers are adjustable to accommodate various heights and builds. Typically, the shoulder massagers are stationary and cannot be adjusted, neglecting taller and shorter users. Directly above the shoulder massagers are high quality speakers that will sync with your device to play your favorite tunes while enjoying your personal massage. Hip & Arm Massagers The arm massager is 20” length, composed of 4 airbags per side that surround the forearms, wrist and hands. The inner lining is made of durable spandex that comfortably contours the shape of the user’s arms. The hip massagers inflate and deflate creating a multitude of different massage actions. When only one side inflates it creates a twisting action. When both sides inflated it compresses the hips inward providing a firm squeeze. Located on the seat base are airbags to prop one side higher than the other adding a new dimension to the hip twist. Lower Back & Calf Heat In the lower back along the lumbar region are 2 heating pads that reach a soothing temperature of 104 – 122 Fahrenheit. With the heat application it will enhance the feel of the roller head massage 2-Stage Reclining Position with Leg & Waist Stretching On the center of the remote is the auto recline position button. If you press once the chair will go into a reclined position with the seat base slightly more pitched. Press it a second time and the chair will be in the full recline position placing the feet close to heart level. The recline position can be customized. The preset recline settings are recommended recline positions. The leg and waist stretch are applied by inflating the airbags in the feet and then retracting downwards creating a pulling action. This action will repeat multiple times during the auto stretch program. 3 Row Foot Rollers System / Calf & Foot Massage The foot massagers have 3 rows of rollers on the base. Typically, most chairs have 1-2 rows, covering only the toes and bridge. With 3 Rollers, majority of the bottoms of the feet are massaged including the ankle and Achilles. At the rear of the foot massagers are airbags intended for squeezing the ankle and heel. With a close toe system the toes are pampered with an independent toe massage- perfect for relaxing after a long day.As the foot rollers massage the bottoms of t
he feet, airbags from sides and top inflate pressing the feet down for a more pressurized massage. From the shoulders down to the feet, there are a total of 61 airbags thoughtfully placed throughout the chair, massaging all the key areas for an effective massage. 61 airbags are complimented with 8 magnetic nodes and 2 air pumps for a dependable and strong massage. The airbag massage intensity can be adjusted to 3 levels, mild, medium and strong. The added innovation is that you can control the intensity independently from the arms and the legs. For most chairs the intensity of the air pressure is the same throughout. What Is Covered*: This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor and framework of the chair. This warranty includes parts costs and labor for the first year at no cost to the customer. This warranty includes parts costs covered for the second year at no cost to the customer. Structural Framework on selected products carries for three (3) years. The additional extended warranties includes parts and labor costs covered at no cost to the customer. What Is NOT Covered*: Any shipping expenses incurred. Transportation damage; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped products, improper installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty. Modifications or altered conditions of the original product, improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges. Malfunctions due to improper use as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions. Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornados) or any other exposure to weather conditions. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear including velcro or zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric covering by abuse. Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute as a defect for warranty. Softening/ hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads; Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather will not constitute as a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical. The warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged or soiled. Products used in commercial or corporate settings Products purchased from unauthorized dealers. Implied Warranty & Other Damages: Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the 1 year portion of this limited warranty, and with regard to structural framework, limited to the duration of the 3 year portion of this limited warranty. Any claims for such loss or damage must be addressed and resolved with the designated carrier. Titan Chair, LLC Warranty Limitations and Exclusions Warranties are non-transferable, and do not cover any damage or loss caused by: use in a commercial or corporate setting; failure to follow operating instructions; Electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product; including but not limited to remote controls; Damage resulting from improper use or maintenance; vandalism; environmental conditions; exposure to environmental conditions (rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, wind, hail, earthquake, tornado, fire, flood); loss of use during the period that the product is being repaired; products purchased from unauthorized resellers; alterations or modifications of original condition; theft; neglect; unauthorized repairs; loss of power.
