Mid Century Full Size Bentwood School Stacking Chairs Made By McIntosh X4. This very cool set of four bentwood school stacking chairs were made by McIntosh Ltd of Kirkcaldy, Scotland. As with all old school furniture the items have been well made to stand the test of time from the hundreds of children that have used them over the years. Each chair features a beech and pine construction with a varnished finish to the surface. – Great vintage condition with superb age related patina and wear. We have not restored these items as we prefer to let the use marks show the history. There is no significant damage to any chair. (all chewing gum has been removed from the undersides) : ) The chairs are the perfect size for most standard kitchen & dining tables.
